Paine DC Alumni Chapter Meetings shall be held at least once every two months.
Meetings can by in-person, virtual, or hybrid.
A minimum of 5 regular and associate members present at a scheduled, announced meeting of the Chapter shall constitute a quorum. Of the five members present, one must be the President or Vice president and two elected officers.
Meeting notices of the Chapter shall include an agenda and the minutes of the last meeting. The same shall be sent by email or text not less than seven (7) days prior to meetings.
